The owner`s communication was excellent, he was waiting for us - showed the place and was in contact during all the duration of our stay. The beds were amazing, we had firewood for a fireplace - however we didn`t use that. There was raclette))) nice one!

Everything Really cosy and comfortable

We spent the week before Christmas here. Tim is a great host, extremely accommodating and helpful. The accommodation itself consists of the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, and the first floor, where there is a living room with a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Although the accommodation will not provide you with first-class luxury, it will offer an extraordinary portion of comfort and, above all, coziness. When you leave, you don't want to leave and look forward to coming back. It is difficult to find words to describe the atmosphere of the accommodation, but it seems to me that every guest leaves only positive energy, which the ski lodge gives back to other guests. It radiates peace, well-being and a good spirit. Extremely nice accommodation and host. I highly recommend it. In addition, a modern gondola within walking distance provides a perfect connection to the main ski resort. Thanks Tim...

“Great property and host”

The Ski Lodge was great, really comfortable and spacious and well equipped. The underfloor heating was a bonus, the wood burning fire a great feature on cold January nights. Very well located for the Ski lift and local facilities. Tim was a very conscientious host and made sure we were made very welcome.

The owner, Tim, is an exceptional host! He checked us in and introduced the house and all there was to know. The location of the house is perfect. And everything else. For us it was just a great time!

Apartment very cosy, fully equipped. Very kind and helpful owner! Very good location - some minutes walk to gondola. Grocery store in 30 meters. Parking available on street. SPA - around the courner.

Lovely house with very practical downstairs bedrooms and heated ski storage area. Upstairs is a wonderful open plan, high celiinged living / kitchen area which surpassed expectations. Excellent beds, towels, heating. Very relaxing place to spend a week. Conveniently near the ski lift and shops.

We loved the space in the Ski Lodge and the fact that we there are 3 separate bed areas meaning no-one had to sleep in the living area. There is a lovely picture window and a fine view. The location is excellent and there are plenty of restaurants for you to visit close by although we enjoyed staying in. We also loved using the large stove for some fire-lit evenings. Tim was an excellent host, amiable and very eager to ensure all was well. He got us more logs for the fire and was happy to answer any questions we had. He made us feel welcome and at home and I am sure he would help with any problems that might occur. We had a most enjoyable time. We like Brides Les Bains as a location because it is more reasonably priced than the 3 valleys themselves and the gondola takes you straight into the centre of Meribel in about 30 minutes- it is a pleasant ride and if you are lucky you might see a deer or fox. The walk up to the lift in Brides Les Bains is not very far from the centre but we decided to put out skis/boots in the locker room at the gondola - the other choice is to leave them in the locker at Meribel centre and walk the 5 minutes to the Gondola at the beginning and end of the day.

Tim was a great host - very friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location, right in the middle of town and a short walk (admittedly uphill!) to the ski lift up to Meribel. It's a lovely, comfortable house with a fabulous upstairs open plan lounge / kitchen / diner.
