Room was clean and had extra beds, and with a small attached kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave oven

“Good staff response during fire event”

During my stay we had the fire incident on the sauna section.whilst we could not access the room for most of one day, the hotel staff did their best to keep us warm and safe, apologising profusely and offering a free family breakfast the following day. Overall very professional.Thank you

Excellent location close to the lifts. We had a very pleasant stay. Arrving at the hotel we were infromed that a fire had just damaged the spa facilities the day we arrived. We were frustrated as we selected the hotel for the spa and the pool services. The manager understood our frustration and helped us finding a solution. She informed us about other hotels and facilities that we could visit. She offered us the chance to cancel our stay and get full refund. We appreciated her honesty and decided to stay. She covered the cost for our 2 visits to another hotel for swiimming pool and some amazing location with natural springs located nearby with warm water. The breakfast had everything we needed for an energy booster before starting long skiing days. The personnel was very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. I appreciated a lot the day that fresh snow had covered my car, the manager Chloe coming outside with some special equipment helping me remove the snow. They did their best to provide great hospitality. Looking forward to staying there again.

“Good location, good value for money”

It was our second stay at this hotel , the first one was three years ago. Nothing changed in those years, maybe just the staff. It’s a good location, good price. Many restaurants around. Unfortunately we didn’t had any snow but we drove 20 minutes to Montgenevre and had plenty there. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very polite and helpful. We’ve been to the pool and sauna every evening, sometimes it was crowded there.

Close to the supermarket.

A very convenient hotel in tems of location for those en route but a bit of a trek to Grande Rue for restaurants

Felt like I had my own b&b or apartment as was two stories, bedroom upstairs and living room / kitchen and bathroom downstairs all very clean and comfortable with a small balcony. Good views all around of the scenery. Swimming pool and sauna was clean and nice to be in.

“Terrible! Massively over priced for a tiny dark room”

Massively overpriced!!! We paid €120 for a tiny, dark room at the back of the hotel. There was not even a kettle in our room and when we asked for a free coffee at the bar, we were denied this. The bathroom was awful with no bath but only a wet room so the entire floor was wet after a shower.

I asked for a shower chair and they didn’t bring it to me.. as a wheelchair user a normal plastic chair would have been just fine. I needed it because our superior room wasn’t in fact part of the rooms which were adapted for wheelchair users but, as I told the staff via message, I couldn’t afford the price of the suite. The staff had told me they understood the problem and that they would have done everything possible to accommodate us in the superior. Yet the plastic chair…
