“Great cozy apartment :)”

The apartment is cozy and all the items that you need for cooking are available.

The apartment is very confortable, quiet, very new, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The kitchen is complete, having spices, oil, salt, coffee.. Everything is of very good quality (shower, linens, kitchenware...). Jérôme (the owner) gave us all the information we needed, including many attractions nearby (by car) that made our trip much more special. The location is very good to explore the region. The private parking lot is also a great advantage.

Fantastic, cozy, and comfortable apartment with a perfect location close to both the ski lift and the town center with its shops and restaurants. We were a family of four—two adults and two teenagers—and all of us were very satisfied. We would love to come back. Thank you, Jerome! 🙏🫶

Property was super clean, close to the Prorel lift and shops, smelled nice and the host was very welcoming, we came feeling like guests but left feeling like friends, made sure all of our needs were met too, we will definitely be back!

“Bright well equipped apartment near to ski lifts and lower town facilities”

Very bright and modern one bedroom apartment on the third floor (stairs) . Although quite small it had everything we needed. Off street parking was great.. Jerome our host was extremely helpful in making restaurant, hiking and other suggestions and always responded quickly to our questions.

Excellent communication with the apartment manager regarding check in and what Briançon had to offer. Good location and well appointed.

The location was perfect as it was within easy walking distance to everything. Great to have its own car parking space too. Jerome was a great host. He was very welcoming on arrival and good communication prior to and during our stay. The apartment was immaculate with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host, Jerome, was very kind and helpful. He informed us about everything that we needed to know and kept in touch with us to check if everything is alright. The apartment is located in the very center of the city - all the places are easily to reach by foot. Restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store are located within a few minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is equipped with everything necessary for a short stay and has a nice and cosy terrace that is sun-lit during evening hours. Altogether, it was an extraordinarily pleasant experience!

Small but well designed and equipped apparent with a balcony and view on the mountain. Great location to take the lift up or walk to the old town of Briancon. Supermarket and small shops located close by.

The flat is as nice as the pictures show. Every detail is thought about. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Safe private storage for the bikes in the basement. And last but not least: Jerome is a really, really kind host, making every effort for the guests’ stay to be unforgettable.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable. It matched 100% the description as well as photos provided on booking.com. The location of the apartment is perfect! The ski lift is located on the other side of street (max. 2 min walk) and the old town is not even a 1km far! On top of everything, the host is really kind and helpful. I strongly recommend that apartment!

Great apartment, very clean, all facilities are there, and perfect location next to the ski lift. The apartment exceeded all our (high) expectations!
