Exceptional location direct at the lake with private access. Very clean and well equipped. Nice BBQ available and breathtaking views. Very well maintained garden and felt very safe.

This property is amazing, we were 3 families with 3 young children and we had one apartment each that gave us the opportunity to be independent but sharing the same big house at the same time. The house has a small beach with direct access to the lake, which is so great to go for a swim. Every apartment had all the features needed for a stay, beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The team was very responsive and check in and out very easy. There is a narrow road to get down the property, but we manage to go through it with a KIA sportage, so it’s not that narrow. We will definitely go back for a longer stay because it was just perfect.

Location and private swiming spot was amazing. Afternoon/evening swims watching the sunset!| Apartment was clean & tidy.

Continuation of my review. Casa Amatissima wants me to contact Booking.com to handle this, Booking.com wants me to contact Casa Amatissima to contact them to handle this. Booking.com says they have contacted Casa Amatissima, they say that they have not. I am stuck in the middle. To my last messages there are no response, neither from Booking.com nor Casa Amatissima. This should be a simple case. I understand if a hotel have a remote checkin etc. HOWEVER this must then be mentioned in the conditions. If mentioned there, I would not have made the reservation. Simple as that. You can not add conditions after you have signed the contract. The fact that I have not received a refund, that Casa Amatissima puts all its effort into keeping my money to all cost and not helping me with this, sadly enough confirms my initial feelings of an unprofessional, if not worse, company. The fact that Booking.com does not help me with this is also disturbing. I made the reservation and payed via Booking.com according to given conditions there. This renders your service quite meaningless and not trustworthy for me in the future. As mentioned earlier, a company is judged by how it acts when facing problems. In this case, no action. Instead of responding to this review with some whatever, please respond that you have made the refund. That you understand that you should have been clearer in your conditions and failing to be so was a mistake. Surprise me! Me and my family were looking forward to a carefree, simple stay, not having to write a 218 Euro review on Booking.com. All our other stays in Italy went perfect by the way. I especially recommend Hotel du Parc in Stresa, ticks all the boxes of what a great hotel can be!

“Peaceful stay by the lake”

Amazing villa which is right on the lake. The apartment is well equipped and the host was always available

The area is beautiful. Apartement is well equipped. Bathroom is big and comfortable.

Beautiful location on the lake side, private beach, very nice garden and terraces to sit outside. Well maintained. Good BBQ’s for each appartement

Location is great and is as seen on the pictures. You can swim in the lake and there are enough tables and benches around the property to sit and relax. Portable fire places for fires in the evening are a nice touch. Access: You don't meet the owners but punch in a code they give you to open the key-box. Driveway: It's tight but do-able (we have a medium sized SUV. Restaurants near-by are good, probably not in walking distance, but maybe SUP distance in the summer. :-) . Main road: The main road around the lake is above the house, which is typical for this area. The road is approx. 3 stories above the roof of the house and behind the trees. If the windows are open or you are outside you can hear the passing cars, we did not think it too loud or intrusive.

Absolutely fantastic localization - view from balcony hanging above the lake is just stunning. The rocky beach is great addition to the site. Overall expierience is superb.
