Absolutely nothing at all! There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like — everything was perfect, beautiful, and exactly as we hoped. The place, the view, the atmosphere, everything was amazing. We loved every moment of our stay! ❤️✨

The property was lovely great size for our family of 5 and had such a beautiful Mountain View first thing in the morning which was lovely. The host was so attentive she met us really late as we didn’t arrive until gone 10pm. And we had pastries yogurts beers and drinks all left for us. Really great place to stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed — every detail was thought of, and we felt completely at home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even left us food, which was simply amazing, especially since we arrived very late and many restaurants were closed due to the off-season. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The view of the mountains from the apartment was stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Our hostess was the kindest, most helpful person ever. She stocked the apartment with a huge amount of delicious local treats. We were overwhelmed by her generosity. For skiing in May, when you need to use the cable cars rather than the chairlifts at Cretaz, the location is fantastic. It's a 5 minute walk to the lift with small kids, the main car park is 2 minutes and walking to town is 3 minutes. The town was very quiet, as we expected, but there were still a couple of bars and restaurants open. We had snow to village level the night we arrived, a first day of blizzard conditions with fresh powder and occasional glimpses of sun and completely deserted slopes. The next day was bluebird and the snow perfect, so we had amazing conditions. Back 'home' we were entirely comfortable, with an electric fire that looked like a real fire providing cosiness, compact but really well-designed space, a balcony with gorgeous views, loads of hot water and excellent mattresses. My daughter fell over on our second last day and hurt her leg. I asked Barbara if we could check out late on the final day and offered to pay, and because nobody was booked in she was very gracious and said we could leave whenever we needed - she also refused any extra payment. I was so grateful, and she made a stressful situation much easier for us.

We have just returned from a wonderful family week of skiing and highly recommend this lovely well located apartment. Our host, Barbara, met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. She is a very warm person and was so helpful and welcoming on our arrival - and then throughout the week when we had a couple of questions or wanted a restaurant recommendations. She had even stocked the kitchen with some food and goodies which were very welcome as we arrived late at night after a long journey. Barbara has created the most lovely apartment. It might be compact but it so cleverly laid out and thoughtfully set up, it has everything you need (and more!) and it never felt small for our family of four (boys 14 and 12). It's lovely and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. It's also very comfortable, cosy and perfectly located - a very short walk to the lift in the morning, you can ski back to the door at the end of the day (Cielo Alto ski run) and store your skis and boots in the locker downstairs, there is ski hire next door, a supermarket just round the corner and its 3 minute walk to the village.

A compact but well laid out and exceptionally appointed, as well as brilliantly located, apartment with the very warmest of welcomes from Barbara who went to such lengths to make our Christmas visit so very special. Perfect location between the town centre and the main gondola, and close to the main supermarket, Window on the Mountain made for a perfect Christmas skiing break in Cervinia.

The location was great! Close to town and hiking trails. The cosy apartment had beautiful views of the mountains; it was comfortable and well-supplied. Barbara, our host, met us at the bus stop when we arrived. She was very attentive to us and quickly answered any questions. While we didn't expect any food with the apartment, she provided us some food supplies, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Window on the Mountains.

Uncomplicated check-in with great communication via WhatsApp. The place is very comfortable and you will find everything you need to feel at home: kitchen supplies and even snacks. The apartment is taken care of with a lot of love - one can tell!!!

Barbara's hospitality is truly outstanding. The apartment is equipped with everything we might need, including some food for a supper and breakfast.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially real mountain 🏔️ view. But what was especially exceptional is the hospitality of the owner. You can request everything you need and a few minutes later it will just near the door Barbara supported us with termopots and extra bed linen set. Flat equipped with everything you need. Outrageous!
