“A brilliant stay”
Lovely views and great ski in and out location. A little out of town but well provided with a small shop and eating places. Reliable, local bus to get you up the hill if you need it. Ski hire and Even restaurant offered good discounts to residents. Property was spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen was a little small but manageable. Andrea sorted out a few minor hiccups quickly and kept in contact if we needed him.

Apartment was clean, spacious by ski resort standards, well heated and everything worked. Ski-in/ski-out works well (but not for beginners). Ski-hire and lift pass at Valle Ski in the apartment building is very efficient.

“Perfect ski in ski out apparement in Cervinia.”
The apparement was great for the three of us. It's perfectly located for direct access to the slopes via the lift next to the building or when skiing down to the village. The building has 2 good restaurants and a little shop so there is no need to go down to the main village. The host was very approachable, replied very quickly to all our queries, and provided excellent instructions for arrival and accessing the apparement. The apartment is well set up and had all we needed for a couple of days incredibly skiing.

“Excellent location for a ski holiday”
Location alone justifies a 10 star rating for a ski holiday. The apartment block is just off a slope and the building has a chairlift attached to the side making it ski-in/ski-out. The complex includes two restaurants, a ski rental shop and a small shop (inside one of the restaurants) for basics (milk, bread etc.). The apartment itself was as shown in the pictures - spacious for a family of four, clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the mountain views from the sitting room are spectacular. The host was excellent - from providing videos to make check-in easy to being readily available to message with any queries and quick to respond. We had a fabulous week and hope to return.

Excellent location with ski-in, ski-out facilities. Very clean, with accompanying facilities within the building ( ski hire, ski passes, bar with food, small shop). Andrea the owner was extremely helpful with queries prior to our arrival. We had a great time.

Location is really good. You can ski in and out directly from the building. Yes, it is located some distance from the village center (a couple of hundred meters but significantly higher up the mountain so walking up from the village is tough), but with two restaurants, a ski shop and a small minimarket in the same building we only went to the village once during the week. There is also a local bus service (which we never used). The apartment was very good, with everything you need for a vacation. Furthermore, the host Andrea is very helpful and attentive. This place is highly recommended.

Andrea was an amazing host! Very accommodating and helpful! The apartment was well equipped with kitchenware. Washing machine super useful! Great views from the apartment, skiing in and out was good too, especially as alternative would be walking up a very steep hill! There's a lovely traditional restaurant in the complex as well as a ski rental place and a mini market, very convenient!
