“Wonderful stay in a very comfortable hotel, with hospitable hosts and good breakfast”

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern, yet in a traditional alpine style, with lots of wood and a cosy fireplace in the lounge/kitchen. The room was huge and comfortable and the breakfast was good (mixture of continental buffet plus eggs served fresh to order). Also very close to the ski slopes.

Helpful friendly staff, clean and modern

This property is exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by our Red Fox hosts Andrea and his lovely mum. Throughout our stay they were quietly available and super accommodating to our needs and requests. We stayed in one of their tastefully designed two bedroom two bathroom apartments, incredibly spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean (daily cleaning provided). A substantial continental breakfast buffet with a choice of eggs and a tempting freshly baked cake of the day prepared us for a fabulous day of skiing in what we found to be one of the best resorts we have visited in over four decades of skiing. The boot-room is very well pointed with generous modern heated lockers opened easily with a central key card. The underground parking ensures for safe and stress free parking. The property in the heart of the village , only a stones throw from the slopes and has a sufficient selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and palettes (many at prices considered good value compared to other ski resorts). Despite it's central location the nights were totally silent with absolutely no noisy disturbance either from within the property or outside from passers by. Andrea recommendation of Top One ski rental (located directly opposite the main chairlift/ticket office) proved another positive experience. Michele the owner is on hand with a great team of staff, providing us with absolute fabulous skies. The transfer from Turin airport is just over an hour and a half with the majority on good motorways. The start of our journey was marred with an unexpected crisis that cut our trip short by a few days. Despite this stress our stay at the Red Fox Lodge and our experience of Cervinia was nothing but positive, we would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Red Fox Lodge and its destination to anyone. We will definitely plan a return visit!

The one bedroom at Red Fox Lodge was perfect for two of us on a four day ski vacation. It is a five minute walk to the lifts, close to restaurants and shops and provided a very good breakfast.

Redfox is thoughtfully designed,(Andrea, an architect and his family with long history in hotel industry) creating a space that is elegant in its simplicity, light filled bringing in views of the alps, and generating an instant feel of warmth and welcome. The rooms are perfectly designed, reflecting the knowledge of its owners. The basement carpark, was easy to access and so convenient. The breakfast again reflects the families understanding of the industry, and their commitment to providing a high quality service to their guests. Andrea was easily available and happy to provide us with local activities.

Outstanding welcome and communications before arrival. The Underground car park kept my vehicle warm and dry. I liked the huge windows bringing the outside in while nice and warm. The room was way beyond my expectations. 3 huge windows showing fantastic panoramic views of the mountains. The lovely large shower and separate bathroom with kit that I had no idea what to do with. Probably a girl thing. The bed was large enough for my height and comfortable. All the cupboard doors were soft close. I didn't use the kitchenette but it was all there including a dish washer. The best surprise was the balcony. The floor to ceiling glass door slide easily to open the room to the outside which went on around the corner with outside table chairs. The breakfast was pretty standard fair for the EU and good quality. Better than some I've experienced. Yes I liked the Red Fox, I liked it a lot.

Andrea and family were exceptionally welcoming to their family-run lodge. The room and hotel facilities and very well kept. We had a two bedroom suite which was very spacious, it included a living area with a couch, eating area and a kitchenette equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. It even includes a dishwasher with pods provided. There's also a Italian Moka coffee maker in the room and they were really kind to offer me some coffee grounds so that I can try it out myself. There's also a ton of space for clothing if you're coming for an extended period. There's also an option to do your own laundry in the basement, you pay per load and they even provide you with a hanging rack and pegs for your delicate items. Oh, and I must mention the wrap around balcony that the room comes with. Really incredible to wake up and hear the stream rushing by and see the beautiful views right from your room! We would definitely come back to this warm and welcoming lodge again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Red Fox Lodge. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the very pleasant service. The hotel feels very homey, with beautiful views of the mountains and excellent cleanliness. The rooms have great kitchens equipped with everything you need. And for breakfast, the croissants were absolutely delicious!

Andrea is an excellent host!!! We were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much we did our laundry had a fabulous breakfast the room was fabulous and clean. Andrea was absolutely one of the best hotel personnel we have ever encountered. We hope to be back! Everyone at red fox lodge was so nice and welcoming!
