We loved how warm and welcoming all the staff are , chamber maids , bar , restaurant, reception , all super helpful and friendly .

Very close to ski lift, we could park the car behind the building, included breakfasts had lot of dishes and everything were tasty. Sauna barrel is also fine, jump into the snow on the terrace after was perfect feeling. But the main thing we liked - staff. I’ve never met so nice crew in hotels who is always ready to help, smile with soul and make your staying there like at home. Thanks a lot!

Room has a great Mountain View. We communicate well with the hotel before arrival and the hotel reserved a parking space for us in front of the hotel. A super nice staff Letizia helped us a lot when I broke my elbow when skiing. She assisted us to call ambulance and be a translator for us. She also helped us to call a taxi back to the hotel after treatment from the hospital. Location is super good. 1 min walk to the ski rental shop, 5 mins walk to the ski lift. 10mins walk to the town center. Many restaurants & shops are closed to the hotel. You can also book a section for sauna everyday to relax your muscles after skiing. The atmosphere around the hotel and staffs were great during our stay. I definitely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location and the staff very attentive. The food was very good with a wide choice of wines. The suite where we stayed was spacious and possibly has one of the best view towards M Cervino

The hotel room was large with space for all our clothes. There was a nice sitting area outside the bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good- eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, juices, fruit. The staff was very helpful.
