The rooms are nice and clean just as they are depicted. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. We had an emergency and they were so kind and felxible to help us and extend our check-out time.

Nothing to complain about! Staff is very friendly, polite and understanding. Interieur is really nice looking. Location is perfect: not far from the center, so you can reach it on foot for 5 minutes, and at the same time it's far enough so you won't listen to another tourists the whole night, bus stops are almost near the building, and for sure marvelous view. Room is incredibly clean, comfortable and an eye-pleasing. And for sure, the most important thing - the price matches the quality. Any time I'll need to stay in Brixen, I'll doubtless choose this hotel.
