“Great stay”

I had a very unforgettable experience in Santre dolomythic home. Their staff are very helpful and friendly, helping park the car and bring the luggage to our room. They clean the room everyday as well. As for the facility, they have everything that I need. There were two days raining when we stayed there so we just relax in the swimming pool and bar, we still enjoyed the day. Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻

It the best retreat hotel I have been! All is perfect started from design and scent continuing with spa facilities and service. Proper experience of fine dining and variety and local and bio food. The most spectacular thing is of course the view. All the hotel is designed, so you could get this experience of being fascinated of the mountains and nature Thanks a lot for team of the hotel. “AMAZING!”

One of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed in. Food was amazing and night time meal and breakfast all included. Facilities were amazing.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always available to help us out with anything we needed. The design of the the hotel is very striking, and the views of the surrounding mountains are incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. The spa is very well organized. The infusion in the Finnish sauna was very intense, which we liked. There are also a number of showers available throughout, so there was never a long wait. As well as a shelf to change your towels as needed. The area also offers a refreshment corner with cold water, tea and fruit. The sauna area is nude only, but you can cover up with an extra towel. They also offer a variety of guided activities throughout the day. We joined the morning yoga, which was very refreshing. The instructor matched the difficulty of the exercizes to the group's abilities. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of various high-quality staples. Including Italian cheeses, cold cut meats, Tyrol sausages, egges prepared to taste and incredibly tasty fresh fruit. The dinner was a five coures meal selected from three possible options. The food was very well prepared and the ingredients were of high quality, many of which seem to be locally sourced. Overall it exceeded our expectations and we'll gladly return for another relaxing visit.

This was my second stay at Santre and, once again, it exceeded every expectation. Quite simply, it feels like heaven on earth. The staff are absolutely flawless – friendly, professional, warm and genuinely attentive. The family themselves are always present and working incredibly hard alongside the team, which really shows in every detail of the hotel. Their dedication ensures everything runs perfectly and creates such a special atmosphere. The hotel and facilities are immaculate, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. On both of my stays I booked a suite with a spa bath, and it was simply perfect – the ideal place to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings. The shuttle service and drivers who take guests up to the beautiful Plose are also fantastic for making the most of the incredible mountains. And finally, the food. Last year, the best meal I had ever experienced was at Santre. This time, they somehow managed to surpass even that. Dinner here is truly exceptional – quite honestly the best I have ever had anywhere in the world. We stayed at another hotel with Michelin-starred dining just before arriving here, and it didn’t come close to Santre. What makes the experience even more special are the countless little details and the incredible team behind them. Every member of staff excels in their role – from the bartenders to the cleaners, the waiters to the chefs. The level of care and pride they take in their work is extraordinary. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing that could be improved. Santre is a truly special place and I cannot wait to return.
