Overview
Located next to the Diözesan Museum in Bressanone centre, Hotel Traube is a family-run property. It features a garden and 2 south-facing sun terraces. Bike rental is free. “Comfortable hotel in Brixen with lovely pool”
The room and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is an easy walk from the centre and sights of Brixen. The garden and pool are beautiful but unfortunately we weren't able to swim because the weather was showery and cool.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. We had to leave early in the morning, and they let us have breakfast at 7. There is a possibility to reserve a parking space nearby. The hotel is close to the city center, and the neighborhood is very clean.

“Would stay again”
Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautiful with a comfortable bed, breakfast delicious and we enjoyed the little details that made it special, like sage butter, fresh herbs and homemade cake. Plenty of glutenfree options too. The garden is absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful hotel! Super service and they upgraded us for free. Let us use the pool on the day we arrived ( early check in at 11.00 ! ) . Wonderful town , good breakfast, and including the Brixen card for our stay . Saved a lot of money to be able to ride with the cable car 🚠 for free !

“Pretty hotel that is let done by attitude and lack of helpfulness”
The hotel is set in beautiful gardens surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The breakfast is very good. However, this was all spoiled by the rather unhelpful and arrogant attitude of the receptionist staff. If you book by one of the booking portals they will not issue an invoice but tell you to go back to the portal. When I have done this, the portal tells me to go back to the hotel as it is for them to issue invoices. This may sound rather picky but when you stay at the hotel on business and you have to get a train to a meeting then this is not what you want in the morning. Perhaps if you are staying there on a holiday visit it may be less of a problem. I would also add that if you choose one of the smaller rooms, the size and comfortableness of the bed is not good. The bathroom is also pretty basic and very tight to move around. Perhaps the bigger rooms are better. Also note that the hotel does not have a restaurant on site, you need to walk back into the town if you would like to use it.

Very cozy, idyllic, romantic atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bike rental free of charge. Daily Vouchers 10% Discount for Dinner at Traubenwirt. Beautiful garden and pool area to relax.
