Overview
Overlooking the Dolomites and set 3 km from the Plose ski area, family-run Hotel Fischer offers a free infinity pool and a free BrixenCard. Featuring a spa, it has rooms with a satellite flat-screen TV. A buffet breakfast consisting of sweet and savoury items is served daily, and includes bread, homemade jams and juices as well as cheese and cold cuts. A restaurant specialising in traditional dishes, and a bar are available on site. Each room has wooden furniture, carpeted floors and a private bathroom with a shower or a bath tub. Some comes with a balcony with views of Bressanone. The wellness centre includes a sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. Guests can relax in the garden or in the sun terrace, while the BrixenCard gives free access to public transport, museums and outdoor activities. The centre of Bressanone is 10 minutes’ drive from Fischer Hotel, while a ski bus stops 700 metres away.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the incredibly kind and welcoming staff to the amazing food and beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. The whole team made us feel truly comfortable and cared for during our stay, and every detail felt thoughtfully arranged. We genuinely enjoyed every moment here and left with only positive emotions and beautiful memories. The hotel is absolutely worth every penny, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel, including the room, wellness facilities, and the surroundings, was very nice, especially the room, which was enormous. The food was okay, and the staff were both friendly and professional.

“Gorgeous location and lovely staff”
Absolutely stunning, the location the staff and the hotel itself. The rooms are very modern, new and well equipped. The staff are incredibly kind. I had dinner for two nights at the restaurant, there is a fixed menu with a 3-course meal where you have some options to choose from. Additionally there is a self-service salad bar with many vegetables and other foods available. The food was very good and would highly recommend it. When I arrived I was also escorted to my room by the receptionist, she showed me everything in the room to close the curtains and things. Additionally she provided me with a special card which can be used on the local public transport and to go to the top of one of the mountains (Plose) for free everyday one up and one return. I would definitely advise to go up to the Plose as the views are lovely and there are nice walks, don't forget a jacket as it can be cold. The swimming pool is an infinity pool, really beautiful to relax in the garden. The gym is accessible 24/7 and is a room with a variety of equipment.
