This was our second time here. The hotel Is simple but very clean. The hospitality of the owners is however exceeds everything. Like a warm blanket.

“A beautiful gem of a place in the middle of nowhere staffed by angels!”
This is an INCREDIBLE place! Historic building (protected architecture!). Former hunting lodge built about 1900. Just a 'tiny' hunting lodge... NOT! BIG place ! REALLY! And don't start me on the artistic beauty/value, the GINORMOUS park surrounding it, the location IN THE MIDDLE of the vineyards as part of a tiny village, etc.... And the people... SUCH NICE STAFF! As Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator says : I'LL BE BACK!

“Peace and quiet in a historic villa”
Nice hotel situated in a villa which was historically a convent of the Worker's Sisters of Nazareth in a lush park. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking available. Located in the hamlet Fantecolo, it is a great alternative to busy Iseo.

It was the most beautiful building in stunning gardens, the hosts were also so friendly! We loved that it was near to the wineries and the lakes.

“Great relaxing place to stay close to Iseo, great breakfast”
The property, location, breakfast and staff. Great friendly service and even very cool letting us check in early after our long drive back up from the Amalfi coast. Even gave us a bigger room when they realized that our children are adult age.

“Rejuvenation for families”
We loved the warm hospitality, the nice breakfast on the terrace and the large, green garden which has a small playground for kids and planty of place for play. The rooms have AC which makes the stay very pleasant. We loved having cats and a huge doggie around. This is absolutely a bonus.

I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel, which is set within the beautiful surroundings of a former monastery. It’s an incredibly peaceful, warm, and soulful place – the perfect spot to unwind and disconnect from the busy world. If you’re looking for genuine tranquility and presence, this is the place to be. Everything you need is there, and the atmosphere invites you to simply relax and enjoy the moment. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff are absolutely lovely – always smiling, welcoming, and helpful. They were also more than happy to offer great recommendations for things to do and see in the local area. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from the town of Iseo, making it conveniently located while still feeling like a hidden gem. I would love to return one day!

An unusual property, not plush but suited our needs well and the staff were delightful. The setting was beautiful. The food was good and not too expensive.

“I’d recommend this property if you want an authentic and fun experience.”
We loved our stay. Arrived exhausted on our bicycles after a long hot ride. Had a safe place for our bikes. Loved our dinner on the patio. Service and staff were so helpful and efficient. Felt very rested, refueled and refreshed. Special property but the main event is the people who work hard and run the place. Very memorable
