Incredibly spacious and comfortable room, located in the heart of the city of Brescia in a historical building with a lot of character (very high ceilings, big windows, traditional decorations) but all the comforts. The host is very responsive and helpful, she serves a excellent breakfast and she was happy to accommodate any request we had, including keeping our bags during the day after checkout! I would definitely come back!

“Impressive stay”

We liked the location, and were surprised by the size of the apartment we stayed in - it looked smaller in the photos, but impressive in person. Interesting interior design. Very welcoming host, explained how everything worked in detail. The breakfast was fresh and very delicious. :)

The property is in a old building and Anna keeps the place very well. She is very helpful to accommodate the guest's requests.

Our stay was perfect! The location is amazing, in the very centre of the old town, with all attractions only few minutes away on foot. The appartment is huge, being a part of the couple of hundred years old building. It is very well preserved and renovated, spotlessly clean and quiet. It provided a good night's sleep even during warm summer days, with thick walls ans high ceilings. The hostess is very hospitable and welcoming, she provided a very good breakfast and coffee every morning. All in all, highly recommend for couples and families with children.

“Convenient and comfortable b&b in a historic building very close to the Roman temple”

Charming b&b in an old palazzo now converted to apartments, conveniently located just a few minutes from the Roman temple and from the cathedral (and hence close to restaurants and shops). My room was a single studio apartment style room, and a microwave, coffee maker, and (inexpensive but not free) minibar were provided. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and very good. The owner was also very accommodating in letting me check in early.

I stayed for 4 days and the service was amazing. Conveniently located at the city centre. There are lots of restaurants options nearby. Anna as a host was perfect. Abundant breakfast every morning to jump start the day. The streets become quiet after 00 hs and after that you cannot feel a soul passing by so you can sleep really well. The place is very spacious and has everything you need. I thanks Anna for her great service provided.

The owners were very cordial and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and hassle free. The B&B is in a very old building but all the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are modern with all the mod-cons and immaculately clean. The place was extremely spacious and tastefully decorated.
