I really enjoyed my stay here, place is nice and clean, very comfy will all that's needed for a few days stay.

“Very good value for money, central but quiet”

At La Filanda you are well placed in the centre of Brescia, close to the main squares, but still in a quiet neighborhood with some nice local places nearby. Communication with the host was efficient, and I was able to check in on my arrival at 13:30. Also, I could leave my luggage after checkout on the day of departure. The single rooms are not big, but quite adequate and functional. I was able to hang my shirts, trousers and jacket in the cupboard. There's no place to sit and relax, really - but I wanted to be out and about in the city anyway. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom a little narrow but quite good enough. I had the upper of the two single rooms, up a tight winding stair (see photo). I managed to get my rather large, but fortunately not too heavy suitcase up and down again without mishap. Something to be aware of, if you're booking a single room. The breakfast is self service, you can make toast with cold meats and cheese or marmelade. Accompanied by choices of yoghurt and juices. There was an offering of fresh produce from the bakery, which I didn't try as I'm not so fond of sweet pastry. But I enjoyed my coffee with milk.

Great location in the middle of the centre but in a quiet street. Super nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. Big Italian breakfast. Recommended!

Breakfast minimal, ok for awakening, plenty of breakfast / brunch options nearby . No parking, 24hr paid parking nearby for €20.00 / 24hr. Helpful hosts, online communication only , ensure details are clear prior to arrival.

“Bellissimo Brescia!”

Walking distance from the train station. Booked a single room, ended up with a full apartment, which was a bonus after a frustrating delay at Bergamo airport. Communication and directions via WhatsApp were excellent and very clear. Host met me with the keys and instructions on how to access the apartment, and breakfast, which was in a different part of the building. Facilities were very good, more than enough for a longer stay. I was only there for one night. The room was charming and characterful, very quiet. The 'help yourself' breakfast was generous and varied. I would definitely return if I visit Brescia again. Also highly recommend Spine craft beer bar, which is a few minutes walk away. Many thanks again!

“Lovely apartment near to city centre, i felt at home”

Clean,light and spacious room, high quality modernisation of old building. self serve breakfast with big choice, (check fridge for yoghurt,cheese etc) good coffee machine. nice kitchen area with fridge. On 3rd floor so lift very much appreciated. Easy walk to main sites and Brescia full of interesting history/ sights and felt very safe as solo female even at night. Evening apero habit is a bargain

“Clean and comfortable B&B in a great location”

The hotel was in a quiet street in Brescia, just a short walk from the main town. It had a lift, which was very handy with my heavy suitcase! My room was massive, with a comfy bed, tea/coffee-making facilities, a desk and plenty of storage. Good-sized bathroom too. The room was beautifully cleaned and tidied every day. Easy to contact staff over WhatsApp with any issues. Can recommend L'Oste Sobrio and Dukka for food!

Excellent location, wonderful spacious room with a Juliette balcony, quiet, breakfast and other snacks provided in the kitchen which also acts as the lobby. Everything was clean, and the bathroom well equipped. Very quiet except for the occasional church bell. Overall a great place to stay in the center of old Brescia.
