“Great location and attentive owner”

I had a great stay at the location, it is right in the center of Brescia, clean, comfy, a bit outdated maybe but lovely. The communication with the host was great, I am very happy with my stay!

We bought and paid breakfast and we did not have breakfast room was not open......... all other was very good, room, cleaning and location was very good.

Well positioned between the station and the sights in town at a lovely little square with eateries. Relaxed atmosphere and nice to have fresh water in the hallway and a kettle for tea in the room. Good bathroom products that can also be purchased. Over breakfast we got to talk to the other guests, which added to the personal atmosphere of the stay. Our room included a balcony which we enjoyed. Communication per mobile/apps with the host worked well throughout.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Our host gave good communication and though we didn't get a chance to meet them, everything was clearly explained. The room was clean and comfortable and the extra touches of nice toiletries and water in the communal area were very good.

I loved the ambience and location of the apartment!! It's very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The highlight is its location - just above a beautiful lively square (remember to close the windows tightly before going to sleep;). You have only few steps from all the important places to visit. The host - Veronica was always very helpful and responsive :)

The location and warm welcome!

The location is fantastic – everything is within walking distance, and the area is full of lovely cafés, restaurants, and great gelato spots. The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast is quite satisfying and tasty by Italian standards. The room was very clean and well-organized. It’s perfect for a short stay(2-3 days), but the room size might not be ideal for longer visits. As a suggestion, a small fridge in the room would be a great addition, especially during the hot summer months.

Veronica is one of the hotel owners we're still lucky enough to meet in person. Very sympathetic and proposes copious breakfasts, I regret not to have had time to remain more to discuss, because I left early the days :) The room is nice and the location well situated in the city centre.

“Beautiful B&B right in the center of historic Brescia”

Ok, the location is amazing. Right in the center of town with a balcony in the common room, overlooking a beautiful piazza. The room was modern and comfy, loved the bed. In the bathroom there were loads of nice cosmetics, not just shower gel. The owner is super nice and makes her own cakes for breakfast! If you travel by car you can leave it at Autosilo1 which is a 3 min walk from the B&B and costs like 10 euro per day. Really recommend and would stay again!

Veey nice property in Brescia old town adjacent to a lovely square. Located in the historic old town, however also conveniently a short walk from Brescia train (+ coach) station with connections to Milan, Bergamo, Padova and Venice. Host exceptionally nice and helpful. Absolutely recommend.. Brescia is a hidden gem. Enjoy!!
