This was such a lovely surprise! The reviews are great, but it's on another level once you're there. Chiara, the hostess, is extremely nice and makes you feel really welcome. The room was amazing and the bathroom was quite spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! The breakfast was so amazing, one of the best we had in Italy so far. It was served on a terrace which added to the experience.

Whenever I visit this area, Corte Viviani is my absolute first choice. Even when it is slightly out of my way, I will try to stay here. The reason is simple - this is the friendliest and nicest hotel that I have encountered in the entire region! The hostess, ms Chiara is the most positive person you will find. She is always eager to help and she will make sure you feel welcome as if you are at home. The breakfasts she makes for you are something out of this world. There is always a selection of sweet and savoury options, and you can tell that everything is made with love. It may sound corny, but it really is so! I always travel with my dogs and each and every time they were not just welcome, but treated as kings. There is a large Mediterranean garden with olive trees and Mediterranean herbs and plants and it is just the most relaxing place to be. Rooms are cozy, large enough and superbly clean. The entire hotel is really clean, tidy and wonderfully decorated. Parking is spacious and secure inside the gates, under a roof.

“Why stay on the lake when this is much better in every way ?”

In a 16 day road trip we visited 3 hotels in Germany, 2 in Austria, 1 in France and 4 in Italy. Corte Viviani, all considered, was the best. Why ? All due to the owner-operator, Chiara and her sheer attention to detail and attentiveness. Do you really need to stay right on the shores of Lake Garda when you can stay here and have a much better experience? Value for money is excellent. This is a place we'd readily come back to. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Parking is covered and behind a high security gate - which is particularly appealing to me. Room numbers are limited so that means less guests and less likely 'parking incidences': something I'm keen on avoiding after some bad experiences elsewhere. Chiara is immediately welcoming and anyone who gives me a cold beer and a bowl of crisps on arrival is guaranteed to be on my Xmas card list ;-). We particularly liked the kind of modern, deconstructed 'English Breakfast' which Chiara made: very clever and equally tasty. Not only that there was plenty of fresh fruit, bread, patisserie and all the other accoutrements of an excellent breakfast. If you need supplies then a mini-market is less than a 5 minute walk. When we stay to see friends in the area again, we'll be back. Well done, Chiara.

Beautiful architecture and charming atmosphere, delicious breakfasts prepared by our exceptionally friendly host. The place was clean and entirely dog-friendly. Our Chloe felt spoiled as well.

“What a charming place!”

I rarely give a 10 but the renovated farmhouse was so charming, it was even nicer than in the photos! Amazing hospitality, we were greeted with a cool drink & biscuits & some recommendations regarding the area. Very nice huge terrace to chill on. Breakfast was homemade and just delicious. We would definitely go there again!

Corte Viviani was not only accomodation for a few days, it was perfectly welcoming experience in cosy village near Garda Lake. Owner Chiara was super kind, she gives all her heart to guests, so we could feel welcome as family. Interior is very nice, every small datail creates perfect atmosphere. I can not even think of better breakfast - all you want and more, homemade and fresh, perfect start of the day :) We already dream of coming back!

We had THE most amazing time at Corte Viviani. The hostess Chiara was super friendly and unbelievably welcoming. Hotel and the rooms were really wonderfully clean. Everything is so beautifully decorated, with great attention to details. The breakfast. The breakfast was *divine*. Every morning we got something a little bit different, but there was so much to choose from and something for everybody's taste. The hotel is not just dog friendly, but truly welcoming to dogs. We have travelled with three dogs and not just it was not a problem, but our dogs were treated like kings. They were welcome in all of the areas. The hotel has a couple of beautiful gardens, so our dogs really had a lot to explore. The olive tree garden is so relaxing just to sit in and enjoy the tranquillity. There is a private parking in front of the hotel. It is spacy, with a roof over it, so your car is not only near, but also sheltered from the elements. The area is really peaceful, so you can really get a good night's rest. There is no restaurant on the premises, but there are some places nearby where you can get nice dinner. Also Garda lake is only a few km away.
