“Relaxing, comfortable and a real gem.”

The property had everything to make our stay comfortable. Toiletries, dish washer tablets, washing machine liquid, numerous toilet rolls and lots of still and sparkling water in the fridge. Davide, the host, greeted us personally and allowed us to check in early and leave later to fit around our train times to and from Brescia which was really helpful. The apartment has a remarkable fresco ceiling in the lounge and a balcony so you can people watch or read a book. There was an excellent selection of glasses, crockery and cooking equipment. The bedroom was equipped with lots of storage for clothes and the bathroom had a large cabinet for toiletries.

“Fantastic well equipped apartment in beautiful historic city of Brescia”

We loved the location of the property with its lovely little balcony looking onto pedestrianised street equipped with table, chairs and even blankets for chilly evenings. Davide was an excellent host , met us at apartment and gave us lots of information. He had provided everything you could need and was extremely flexible with check-in and out times. Loved the homely feel of the apartment and being in a historical building. Would happily return to Casa Roveglia.

The apartment was in a great location right in the centre of town. It was on a quiet side street within a few minutes walk of the metro and main piazza. The original frescoed ceiling was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent. The large drying rack and washing machine were great. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Our host Davide met us and explained everything we needed to know. He also provided a starter pack of juice, milk, bread sticks, coffee and tea, which meant we didn't have to shop straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casa Roveglia.

A really good and comfortable apartment. The apartment was very well maintained and equipped. Is it very clean and organised. The owner is so nice and ready to help in everything that you need. The location is right at the center and close to the metro station.

The location was excellent. The apartment was exactly as shown . We had a 7 night stay, ample extra supplies were in the apartment on our arrival. This was so appreciated. Communication by the host was prompt and polite. Super clean and comfortable. The parking instructions were clear and precise. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone travelling to Brescia.

The apartment is wonderful! We really enjoyed staying here. The historic apartment is newly renovated with lots of love. It is very centrally located so that you have all the historic places just around the corner. The rooms are super clean and fully equipped. Davide welcomed us warmly and took care that there is everything needed. The communication was very smooth. We definitely recommend staying here!

Casa Roveglia is an absolutely perfect apartment. Everything you could possibly need is provided and is of the highest quality. It was an extremely comfortable place for us to spend the last few days of our Italian holiday. The location is excellent, in close proximity to many bars & restaurants and within walking distance of the key sights. Davide was very kind, providing a very generous selection of snacks and drinks, a tourist map, and information about the many attractions to see in Brescia.

The location was wonderful. We stayed a week and enjoyed sitting on the balcony several days. When the temperature dropped the apartment was very comfortable. The high ceiling with original fresco is very special. David was very helpful and the kitchen had everything you would need.

Lovely apartment, exceeded many times our expectations. Super location in the historic part of the city, suitable for anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of the city. The apartment has ceiling frescoes from the 1700s, which makes it amazing. My husband and I loved it tremendously. The apartment is stocked with everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen which even has spices, washing machine and dishwasher detergents. Davide, the wonderful host, has taken care of everything. We even had milk and juice stocked in the fridge. The cute little balcony is an amazing place to feel the rhythm of the street. Thank you, David, for the outstanding hospitality! We will be back again for sure:)

The communication with the host was excellent, he did welcome us at the entrance and gave us information about the apartment and the surroundings, he even came with us to show where the Tourist Office and the grocery stores were. We never had such a warm welcome! The apartment is really centrally located and confortable and the balcony was very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and he provided us with coffee, orange juice, etc. upon our arrival which was of course very much appreciated.

The friendly Davide welcomes us personally and punctually at the appointed time. He shows us the flat and gives us tips on Brescia. Davide takes good care of his flat and the guests. The furnishings of the cosy, well-kept and clean flat are well thought out, nothing is missing, even hotel slippers are available. Provided food for first supply delight (coffee, milk, yoghurt, fruits), we did not expect that. A quiet house on a lively pedestrian zone with short distances to all city squares and sights. We recommend this flat.

Daniele is a great host. Very helpful and responsive! Situation in the middle of the old town in a pedestrian zone. Quiet (for Italy 😅) and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished sitting room and very good bed. Bathroom is small but adequate.

The location was excellent and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The host David was very nice and prepared everything we needed. David also prepared water, milk, and other kitchen essentials. The room was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was easy to use and brand new. When we were leaving, David helped us with our luggage. We would definitely choose this hotel if we were coming to Brescia again!
