The apartment is 15 min far by foot to the city center. Almost no noise of the street. The free parking lot next to the building.

One of the standout features of the apartment is the natural light and good view. The apartment was also clean upon my arrival, which made settling in all the more comfortable. Apartment is new and the kitchen is completed and you can cook freely. Spacious parking. The location is ideal, with convenient access to local amenities and attractions. Whether you're looking to explore the city or simply enjoy the neighborhood, everything is within easy reach. A special mention must go to Maria Grazia, the owner. She was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. Her hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brescia.
