Very well located, very comfortable, really value for money. I have travelled to some other BNB places as well, this place was really nice and very good.

Good location in a beautiful city

Very well located, just a block away from the Roman ruins while less than 20 minutes by foot from the train station. My small room had basically everything I needed, including tomorrow's breakfast.

In the middle ancient of Brescia is this B&B, 4 new rooms with character.

The accommodation's location cannot be better - it's within walking distance to the majority of the sights and usual touristic things to do in Brescia. The host is wonderful, providing detailed instructions re: check-in and -out and offering food and water daily.

Fantastic location, five minutes from the archeological sites and museums in one direction; five minutes from the historic main square in the other; 15 minutes (uphill) to the castle and more great museums; and 25 minutes walk to/from the main station. Really easy to get around. Accommodation was clean, quiet, and well-supplied with goodies for breakfast.

“Lovely host and spacious space for short stay”

Very nice and comfortable space! The host was lovely and gave good tips about the city and what to see. Check in time was quite flexible, I was able to come in earlier and leave my things which was very helpful. Not a lot of noise at night, sweet breakfast and coffee available in the room. The only thing I’d say it was missing some kind of reception or entrance as you were going straight to the room. Other than that it was a great stay, I would recommend for a night or two :)

“Loved Bresciantica”

I only picked up the hotel as the room looked nice and the price was reasonable. Didn't expect it could be so close to the center of the town so that I could enjoy every small shop and the beautiful architectures. The room was very big and clean with a huge bed, there were a coffee machine and teapot with different teas and it was so useful. Also there were diverse breakfasts and some snacks prepared. Above all, the owner was super communicative.They would answer very rapidly for any kind of questions and give you any necessary informations with some videos which I thought very helpful. Also they are kind and patient even though I didn't meet them in person. I really enjoyed 2nights' stay and I will recommend Bresciantica to anyone who wants to enjoy the travel in Brescia. It is more than perfect!
