why was our reservation canceled and we were not refunded, we were on the street at 12 o'clock in the morning with three children, we had to ask the hotel workers to give us a room for which we paid again. please sort out this situation and refund the money for the reservation

My stay was very good. The staff, especially Kelly and Chris at reception, were very friendly and pleasant. They were so kind. It was very nice to see them smiling every day. The person who prepares the breakfasts always has a smile on their face in the mornings.

I have not received my $30 refund that was promised. I was given one rate, charged another with the terms of receiving at refund upon leaving. I have not received it. That's false advertising. I will not be staying again. But, breakfast was a plus.
