While the hotel itself was fantastic after our long drive, the staff were really the cherry on top! They were extremely helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.

“I couldn't have been happier with my stay”
The room was big and sitting room area very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice especially the oatmeal with raisins and the bacon.

“It was a decent place overall, but in need of repairs. We stayed there during CMA Fest 2024.”
Location was OK, as we were there for CMA Fest, instead of staying in expensive downtown Nashville.

There is NO elevator. Was difficult to climb stairs post knee surgery. No downstairs rooms available. ☹️

“Just what we needed after traveling for several hours, we truly felt like guests in someone's home.”
The room was very welcoming and relaxing after a long drive heading back north to home. The dining area was bright and ready for breakfast. Quite a few selections for our meal and each thing we tried was fresh and tasted great.

When I told the receptionist it was a 20 year reunion with friends & all our teenage children had not yet met, she immediately changed our booking so that our rooms were opposite each other, which worked beautifully! We both had suites which provided plenty of space for the teens to hang out & get acquainted. It was perfect! Thank you so much :-)

“Nice location, good place if you don't care about noise.”
Room was nice, beds were comfy, bathroom felt clean and modern. We decided to leave early and the desk attendant kindly waived the cancellation fee for our reservation, which was appreciated.

Room was a little dark. Nice building and location was good - close to Nashville and just off the highway. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but filled a hole.

The wifi did not work for several hours after we checked in. It did work the following morning though
