No breakfast, or bag of cereal did not know how old it was. Five coffee Keurig’s for a four night stay terrible.

Frank was helpful and responsive to every question and need. The coffee machine and pods, the yogurt and cream were greatly appreciated. The kitchenette was well equipped and has lovely pottery mugs for the coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and it’s very peaceful there so we all slept well in the two king rooms. We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect. We will go back even though we’re not expecting any more weddings!

The granola and yogurt and coffee cream were much appreciated. The location was great as we had planned visit the Butchart Gardens. Also, we enjoy taking the Brentwood Bay-Mill Bay ferry back to the island.

Comfortable, cozy accommodations in a quiet location with easy access to the bustle of Victoria. Butchart Gardens and the Butterfly Gardens located just minutes down the road.

The location was great! Next to some beautiful parks. The bed was super comfortable. It was hotel quality.

“A lovely little rural retreat”

The property is in a quiet rural setting but is an easy 20 min drive into Victoria. The owners have put a lot of thought into their suites - there are plenty of wall sockets (and I mean plenty! They are all over the place and in useful places too.) I especially liked the nightlight in the bathroom - very thoughtful. And there is a kettle! For those English visitors who need a proper cup of tea. The room is tastefully decorated and it and the bathroom were super clean. Crockery and cutlery are provided and there was milk and yoghurt in the fridge. Well deserving of their high rating.

Was no breakfast,although there was coffee and yogurt to be had.If we had a car rental if would have been a easier choice for next time.

We stayed in the loft. Beautiful place tucked in a quiet neighborhood , close to the love butchart garden. Highly recommend this property if you like a quiet peaceful get away.

Excellent communication with the host.

Great apartment, better than photos! Immaculate, fully stocked kitchen and bath. Super comfy bed. Quiet, serene, saw deer, had walking trails. Has a deck. TV is easy to use. Close to food/liquor store and pharmacy. Other tenants were great. Garbage and recycling spot was good. Easy transaction, great communication.

Lovely comfy huge king bed to sleep on. Little kitchenette - everything you need even a packet of biscuits and muesli added extra which was so appreciated. Heaps of parking - out in the country which was lovely and quiet.

Very nice room and a very cool host. Also the bus stop is right in front of the door :) Really enjoyed it!
