“very sad I had no return calls or emails from the Baymont”
I booked back in May to come BUT because of COVID 19 I could NOT cross the border, and I called and emailed numerous times asking for a parcel refund as I can totally understand taking ONE Night maybe TWO NIGHTS accommodation but NOT ALL FOUR NIGHTS 250-652-1315

“Nice people, clean room but not set up for a disabled person”
The room was clean, it was comfortable, the staff was very nice but when you ask for a handicapped room and it's not fitted for that then that's very disappointing
