After realizing that it is a 5 star hotel, I have serious doubts about the young person at the reception, is he trained for a 5 star hotel or he was just there by mistake ? I arrived at 14.15, I agree that the check in is 15.00 but without checking if the room is ready, I have to come back at 15.00, not really a 5 star hotel treatment, right ?

“Impressive complex with good atmosphere, excellent food and spa”
Impressive architecture on a large area, with an interesting history. The interior and decor is however modern with a typical scandi touch. One could anticipate that a hotel of this size and profile (conferences etc) would have a"cold" atmosphere. But the staff is very friendly and informel in the right way. Everyone is smiling an says "God morgen". The food is excellent, and the waiters as well. We would especially like to mention Sara, perfect service with a smile :-) The Spa was visited twice a day, we used the pool, not the other facilities that much. Big pluss with long opening hours.

Honestly, the rating of the hotel does not reflect reality in any way. There is one huge plus is the location, insanely beautiful area and access to the marina and beach. Breakfast is good, small selection, but the quality of food is good.

I had such a lovely short stay at Comwell Kellers Park. The spa facilities, the food, the room, and the staff were brilliant. I will definitely come back next year.

Some great breakfast components, others not as good. Like egg & bacon in a little glass jar, not something we are used to. Lack of explanation of food sections, especially for non-Danish speakers.

I rarely give 10 but this hotel deserves it. Excellent spa, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Accommodation was lovely. We had a balcony room with views across the garden and out to the fjord. The food was fresh and delicious, free tea/coffee and juice available, easy access to the countryside and some lovely walks. Very comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings- perfect for relaxing and recharging.
