“Very good address between Höfn and the east-fjords”
Good location in the country side, quiet. The chalet was cosy, with very good bed. Kitchen equipment good enough to simply cooking as we arrived late. Very good breakfast !

The location of the hotel was really nice, although it can be said about whole Iceland. Probably that was all what we liked and the lady who served the breakfast was very kind.

Reception, staff, jacuzzi/sauna, breakfast. Out of season, low occupancy, staff still doing everything to ensure a fully satisfactory stay.

“Out of a fairytale”
We enjoyed the place, out of a fable! We booked the cabin in the woods and it delivered as promised, warm, nice and cozy. Of course with the limits of a cabin in the woods but it was way better than expected. The morning after we woke up to a frozen lake with ducks and a STUNNING mountain view

“Great stay, kind staff”
The chalet was nice and cozy. Bit cold in the bathroom because there’s no heating in there but it’s okay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was nice. The guy from reception helped me get my car out the snow with the use of a shovel and when my car still couldn’t get out, he used his truck to pull my car out. Great service, nice chalet.

Our Host and Hostess went out of their way to make us welcome. The hotel and rooms were excellent, clean with all facilities. The food was excellent and plentiful, we highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.

Clean comfortable premises. Very helpful staff. Able to get a laundry service. Dinner in the restaurant was incredibly tasty (chicken with grated potatoes- grilled chicken with a mushroom sauce, potato bake plus side salad)

We hired a cabin and saw northern lights. Very friendly staff, child friendly and all the facilities we needed in the cabin. Breakfast was good.
