Despite booking a room with two separate single beds, we were given a room with only one double bed. Furthermore, the bed in the room was broken. I don't understand why this happened, especially since the hotel wasn't crowded at the time. We were not satisfied with this experience.

I booked the room via Booking, but on the arrival day the hotel employee told me that all rooms are booked. She booked in another hotel a room for me as a compensation but I got a room around 3x4 meter…

It was great to have Karen the restaurant manager back working at this hotel as I have always found that she goes the extra kilometre for all the guest that stay at this hotel!!! The new owners have got all the air- conditioning units back working again, in all the rooms and the mini fridges.
