The location is really good, it's a very welcoming city and the hotel has a beautiful view to the waterway. The beds are very comfortable and the room is a good sized with enough space for luggage and a huge closet.

The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful! Nice location in 'Venice of Ontario'. Staff kindly lent us wine glasses so we could have a picnic by the water.
