“Very good!”
We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Neo during our trip to Bosnia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything was perfect, from the immaculate cleanliness and elegant furniture to the delicious food and rich breakfast. The location is also ideal, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially the lovely receptionist Mina. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel incredibly welcome. She left us with a very special and heartfelt memory of Bosnia that we will always cherish. “Value for money stay”
The hotel is nicely furnished, clean and in a calm corner of the street. Hotel staff very professional, kind and helpfull making check in, and out very fast and smooth. Room lightning was great with fair wi-fi connection. Bed was very comfortable. Despite out of season stay the berakfast selection was very reasonable also providing freshly cooked dish upon a wish. Thank you and keep doing good job!

The location is great, close to the center but in a quite area. The rooms are modern, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied with different kinds of fruit, fresh croissants and decent coffee.
