Wonderful atmosphere in the bar/restaurant with the log burner making it cosy. Lovely lady serving, happy to use Google Translate. Hearty and tasty food. Excellent home-made spirits. Our room was above the bar and was very warm. Beautiful house in traditional style.

This is 200 years old house converted in guest house. Very authentic vibe of living in an Ottoman era house. Quiet and immersed in nature. The owner cannot speak English but managed well to communicate through google translate. Very friendly and go above and beyond to help the guest. Highly recommend if you are looking for a historical stay in a small village away from the noise of big cities. Very clean.

The house is full of history and is central to the story of the local freedom fighters - ask the owner and he'll be happy to show you some of the building's secrets! The staff are super friendly and are always happy to help - even more impressively, the food we ate here is some of the best we've had since being in Bulgaria (we've been travelling around, and have been in the country for over a month). Incredible value for money all round (shared bathrooms the only down side but easily overlooked in light of everything else). We'll be back! Thank you!

be prepared for a really old house 200 years, nice place

The hosts are super friendly and warm people. They welcomed us when we arrived in the afternoon, then we went for a walk and went back to the house. We were surprised to see the hidden room in our bedroom, which was built in 1824. The homemade food and rakia, which they serve, were awesome. The experience itself was one of a kind, because in the evening when we had dinner near the fire, the hosts were telling us about the history of the house and the city. Don't hesitate to go visit this magical place!

The place is very special, 200 years old and an experience in itself. We arrived late and the staff welcomed us warmly and pleasantly and were amazing in everything! Our teenage children were in a room with 4 beds, a magical and special room and the beds were comfortable, we are in a separate double room on the floor below and this was not a problem.

We had the family room. It was a large room with a king size bed and two single beds in an awesome historical guest house. We took our supper at the Guesthouse and it was amazing!

It's very well located, a short drive from the wonderful cave Snezhanka. We had dinner and breakfast, which the host made for us, and was a total delight of local food, home made wine and very enjoyable talk.
