“Good alternative - good food”

In the little town with nothing around, Villa Bro has a restaurant with good food. That the local band gave a concert was a great bonus!

“An idyllic hotel in a quiet, village setting.”

Arrived at around 9 pm by bicycle. There had just been a concert on the lawn outside the hotel. Guests from the local village were just leaving on foot and on bicycles. There is a large conservatory style breakfast room, with seating outside this on a balcony, and then steps down to the lawn (where people had been sitting watching the concert). I bought a beer at the bar and sat out on the grass while other guests were relaxing on the steps. The whole atmosphere was idyllic.

“Cozy B&B for a night to feel at home”

Very cozy B&B. Exactly as the pictures show. The restaurant was closed (it wasn't main season anymore), but there is a nice sitting-room with kitchen, table and sofas to share. It feels like home. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with home baked bread, granola with yoghurt and apple-stew made of apples from the tree in the garden and much more. The owner was so nice and friendly - high recommendation! Also good if you hike on the "Kuststigen".

Very good hosts. Knowledgeable on area. Great rooms. Only minutes from outdoor activities. Bronze age Rock Art just a short walk away. Substantial Breakfast.

The whole experience was very good. There could have been more food at breakfast, but we were still well fed. A car is essential when staying here. The owner is very welcoming and is happy to help with everything. Overall, a warm and inviting experience.

A beautiful setting within nature and scenic views. Historic spacious house, good bed and clean comfy sheets. Room was lovely overlooking the garden with huge old trees. Bathrooms are basic but very clean and absolutely do the job. Very attentive and generous owner.

Very nice style in a pretty old building, that is maintained very well. The host was very helpfull and friendly. We had very nice conversations.

Beautiful guest house, close to Smögen

We spent 6 nights at Villa Bro in mid June. We really enjoyed our stay there. The owners are really very friendly and welcome you with a big smile. They gave us many good advices about things to see in the area that you don't always find on the Internet or in the travel books. We had some great chats with them too. There are plenty of stunning coastal landscapes in the area.  Clean and beautifully decorated room, very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with a varied choice.

Very good breakfast - enough to fill my stomach for the whole day. The owner speaks excellent English and was very helpfull. A single bedroom should be a bit cheaper...
