The stunning view to the pine forest across the street, the large windows that facilitated the view, the exquisite design of the room, the pictures of old Brasov on the walls, the delicious breakfast and last, but not least, the back garden, where you can enjoy your coffee with friends or your time alone in a pleasantly natural background.

Everything! Absolutelly awesome accomodation, I would come again for sure. We had the room on top, huge windows with view over city and forest but nobody can see in your room since it is the top floor. Also view of the city when showering, never had that before! Super nice and clean room, with small kitchen and spacious bathroom. Cleaned daily, they even refill complimentary water bottles. Ana at the reception/breakfast was super nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good too, they make eggs and coffee to your prefrences. Freshly baked bread and sweets and fresh orange juice. When reading reviews before booking we were sceptical about parking but we never had problem during our stay (mid May). We parked right in front of the house, by the road. It is residential area so not much traffic. It is up on the hill but how else would you have this great view? We walked to the city centre each day, takes about 20min, not a problem and mostly with street lights so we felt safe also at night. There is also jacuzzi at the property but we did not use it. Bathrobes and slippers are in the room. Exceeded our expectations and the top room was worth the extra money.

An exceptional experience. From the location, which was close enough to the old city centre and yet quiet and tranquil, to the apartment, which was well-equipped, clean, and full of taste. The superb breakfast exceeded expectations. A real hidden gem in Braşov.

We enjoyed our stay at The Pines Boutique Villa a lot. The room was quite big and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the forest. Also, the villa is located in a quiet place, there are no reserved parking spots but you can find plenty on the street. The breakfast was good with multiple choices.

The views are stupendous, the location is great, in a quiet area, but close to a few restaurants and 2 parks. Breakfast was the best we had in years of travelling, and the breakfast room atmosphere made us regret we were leaving! Rooms are really big and cozy, new furniture, relaxed atmosphere, flushed with natural light. Would love to return every year!

The location is nice, very close to the city center (5 minutes by car) but it is also at the exit from Brasov to Poiana Brasov. If you wanna get to ski and then during the evening enjoy a short walking in Brasov but also take dinner in a good restaurant it's the perfect location. Also, the rooms have a beatiful design and the owners really care about this place. It has a few years since it is on the market but the quality of the materials can be noticed (it still look great after some time). I would definitely return here next time.

The apartment was really nice decorated.we had a view to the forest near the hotel. clean every day. The breakfast was great and allot of variety. The stuff, Anna and Diane were really helpful and nice.

Everything was just perfect. Anna and Diana were the greatest hosts. Professional, taking care of the smallest details. Our room was just like in the pictures. and breakfast was truly one of the best we had in Romania. We will decently come back.
