“Horrible experience. I stood in front of the accommodation for 3h as they would not answer any calls”
I could not get inside of the property. I called for 3h nobody picked up, then they closed their phone. Eventually after 3h I booked a different accommodation and asked for a refund and they answered at last. I have already booked another place because I was tired of waiting outside and they would not refund me. Horrible experience. Booking said I was entitled for a refund but after calling customer service 3 times, I still have not received a refund as the property keeps denying the request.

That we laughed a lot about how dirty it is, that we went into the shower both to help eachother wash, since the showerholder was broken. Surprise! No soap! Aaaaaand: there were more TVs than towels. The relic we found must have been stolen from a dog or something.

“İt's not hostel. İt's a random room that you can not find.”
? There was not a place for stay. We couldn't stay even. The landlord didn't answer our phone call. When we found the address, there were already a woman traveler in the room and she said " i found the room very hard. Landlord didn't answer. Morning time there was a cleaning woman she said that is the room that you searching" She was surprised when she saw us too. Same room given 2 different travelers and who came early, got the room. And it's not and hostel. İt's a room that you couldn't found, coincidentally we and locals were trying to find the address that written, and a woman come out from a strange outdoor that you can not realise it's hostel. That woman was the another customer at the same room same date with us !!!! Booking should have back my money actually, we went another hostel for lats minute reservation and we stayed there. İt could checkable in my account.
