This hotel deserves far more than 4 stars!!!!! Everything was exceptional, from the outstanding facilities and impeccable cleanliness to the pleasant atmosphere and attention to detail. The food was excellent, and besides the meals included in our stay, we also chose to dine at the hotel’s restaurant. Every dish we ordered was delicious, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. The desserts were outstanding as well and are definitely worth trying. What impressed us the most was the staff. Without exaggeration, they are among the kindest, most welcoming, and most helpful teams we have ever encountered. Every employee was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and eager to assist, making us feel truly welcome throughout our entire stay. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience! We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be coming back.

Oh my goodness! The bathtub was wooow!!! I was quite tired from a long work trip, so I run a bath and it was so relaxing, I didn't want to come out of it anymore 😊 Relaxing hot tea in a thermos and brownie in the room on arrival was a very nice gesture as well. Rainforest shower cap gives a relaxing experience. The bed is soooo comfy! When you hop in it, feels like you landed on a fluffy white nice scented cloud. The body lotion and soap and body wash smells sooo nice! Radisson is nothing compared to this hotel. It also has a dessert praline shop and amazing Spa. Internet connection is great! Everything is just top notch!! Breakfast was amazing, huge variety with options I haven't even thought it could be served for breakfast. Everything was so nice! I'm looking forward to have the chance to come back here again!

“Great hotel with good service”

Modern hotel very well equipped, lovely large bathtub, really fluffy bathrobes, a lot of towels, comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to keep us happy. Nice touches, such as a thermos of tea delivered daily to our room along with biscuits, and bath products for the bathtub. The room was quiet. The spa was nice and the gym excellent. Breakfast was great and nice to be able to order dishes as you wish.

Large, spacious, and elegant rooms with an amazing bathroom. Attentive and helpful staff. Parking availability. Great Couchette restaurant (do yourself a favor and get the ostrich steak) and bar. I did not use the spa amenities. I am trying to figure out how to go back to Brasov just to stay here again.

Starting with the moment we walked into the hotel, everyone welcomed us with open arms and a smile, where nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was fantastic, the food in the restaurant absolute perfection and the wellness center absolutely magical. Questions or queries were always answered in a professional manner. The restaurant manager met us on the first night and was always very courteous and professional with his team. Definitely will return.

My daughter and I decided on a 3 night relaxing getaway together and I can’t think of a better choice than the Kronwell. We wanted gym, spa, pampering and good food and the Kronwell brilliantly delivered everything! The room was extremely comfortable, excellent breakfast and a complimentary thermos with delicious tea and cookies every evening… what a treat! The gym is spectacular and the spa delivers a few good hours of pampering .

The hotel is very good, breakfast very good. People s attitude shocking nice for Europe. I love this hotel.

Excellent services, very clean room with everything you need, free big parking, great breakfast with a lot of options. The spa is the main attraction, not to miss! Great gym also! We received a room upgrade that had a huge bathtub. There will definitely be a second visit at Kronwell!
