“A romantic gem”
We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. It is a truly unique find, and we will definitely be returning! The Highlights: The Turkish-Style Room: The decor was incredibly tasteful and felt genuinely luxurious. It gave the space a distinct, sophisticated character that made our stay feel extra special. The gentleman at the reception and at breakfast was wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. Romantic Atmosphere: This is a deeply romantic and stylish hotel. To top it all off, we were treated to a breathtaking sunset right from our room in the evening. Overall Experience:A flawless and unique stay. If you're looking for a stylish and romantic getaway. We will definitely come back

“It was okay”
It was nice and small so not many other guests there, it was quiet even though on a main road. It’s also only a quick Bolt ride from the main square, we had a hire car but not many places to park in the city and taxi was cheaper than parking charges. Good location to other areas (Bran and Rashov). The staff were friendly enough, and most spoken good English

“Bad experience. We had "Stress in Style", rather than "Relax in Style". Stay away from here.”
Breakfast is average. You are not allowed to take coffee yourself, this is only served by staff. Breakfast starts very late: at 08.30am. We were told off that we came too early for breakfast.

“Relaxing bathtub, quiet place, lovely view, some aspects need improvement”
The bathtub in the King room was nice. The room gets warm fast and the view is relaxing. The area is quiet. I liked the Chinese decoration, in general. I would definitely come here again, to enjoy the big bathtub which is a rare thing to find in a hotel.

We had a disagreement with the owner/manager about eating in the room, we ended up being called uneducated and had to leave because of this! Not just us, everyone that eats in a hotel room is uneducated, that’s what this place says so just take this into consideration! The cleanliness and look of the place doesn’t matter if I’m treated bad and have to leave in the night after a long drive!
