Quiet room just outside the city centre. Self-check in was a breeze, owner did a great job in explaining. Room was very spacious, coffee maker present. Bathroom modern and very clean.

“Cosy stay in the heart of Kronstadt”
The room is lovely, very spacious to accommodate a table for 2 that can be used as a “reading corner”. The bathroom has a beautiful design and shower area is huge. The house is very beautiful and cosy, very welcoming. Even though it’s old, the house is very well maintained and all the facilities are upgraded and functioning well. We confirm the house is soundproof as we did not hear noises from other rooms, as well as from the street ( we had the street-facing room ).

“Very good location”
The Arce Boutique is located in the old town just a few minutes walk from the main square. It’s is very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and varied both days. There is a reasonably priced mini bar but ours only had Coca Cola, water and beer in. Parking on the Sunday when we arrived was very difficult but there was a huge concert in the main square that night. The following day it was a lot easier. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
