Loved staying at Apartment Roza! What an interesting and beautiful neighbourhood. We were able to walk to the main city square/ old town of Brasov and the train station was so close and convenient for arriving/ departing plus day trips. The apartment was warm and comfortable, able to cook and a fridge for shopping. The bathroom was nice and water hot. Highly recommend.

With remove check-in I was able to enter even I came late, than promised. Host allowed me to park in the yard when all free parking lots were busy - that's priceless

Location- 15-20min walk from old town Value for money- Has everything you could need for short or long-term stay Facilities- Clean, Comfortability- Beds and room are comfortable. However if you're tall you might find the bathroom and kitchen awkward. Parking- Right outside You can even see the Brasov sign through the bathroom window!

“Nice stay”

Everything was clean.

Spacious, homely, not the perfect location for the old town but a perfect middle ground between that and the station where we made our day trips to the castles. Staff were super lovely and we were able to check out late so we had somewhere to store our bags before our sleeper train.

“Could be better”

Fully equipped with cooking utensils, nice room in the attic, two bathrooms, the other tenants were discreet and didn't bother us at all. Very good for a big group that will rent both rooms and have a barbeque in the garden.

Beds were really comfortable ; everything was perfect in the accommodation.

Simple and easy to find, there was parking near 20 minute walk from the center Had no idea it was a shared house but there were 2 bathrooms and the shared kitchen was well equipped so no issues there. Everything was great except i wish it was just a little bit warmer. The beds and the big room were really great if you dont mind sleeping in the same room with the people you're staying with. Overall had an amazing stay.

It was a very calm place to stay. No any appearance from the owner and he guided from the messages from the beginning. It provides a kettle, a gas cooker, microwave oven and a refrigerator. I think it has the BBQ facilities at the garden.

Nice room and patio

Clean room with generous space. Couldn't believe how nice the place was for such a good price. Easy check in and check out, fully equipt kitchen, two bathrooms for two rooms, felt really safe.

The apartment is very cozy and nice. Everything was clean for our stay and the location is very convenient. There is everything someone might need, hot water, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen. We were really satisfied with everything!

“Very good value”

The apartment is located about 1.5 km from the train station. There was a communication problem at the beginning since I was given the wrong code to get the key. I waited about 1 h until I was given the correct code. Once inside, my apartment was very spacious, with 5 beds. Wifi worked well, there is a TV in the room and a common bathroom. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a shopping mall 500 m away and the old town is 2 km away. I was very satisfied

Good position for busses, train, supermarkets, comfort, quiet.

“Quiet stay.”

The location was cozy, quiet area, near AFI Mall Brasov. 25 minutes walking distance to Livada Postei and Old Quarter where you can find literally everything, including the buses to Poiana. Check-in process is swift and easy. The location only has too rooms so actually we felt like our home because there was nobody there during our stay.

Close to train station. Good location if you are going to use the trains to visit castles like Peles Castle in Sinaia. By the way, that is an excellent place to visit, and it's so much more fun going by train. It's a bit of a walk to Brasov old town centre, but we like walking and there are interesting buildings along the way. Spacious. Quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Warm. We have stayed in many holiday apartments, but this had the best beds and pillows - so comfortable, meaning I could sleep very well. Responsive host.
