Airport hotel-basic but does the job

A very friendly welcome upon arrival. Comfortable, large luggage carts were provided for transporting large amounts of luggage to the room at once. Rooms are tidy and more comfortable than standard Ibis hotels. This one has more class. We had a snack in the late afternoon (hamburger and fries), which was very tasty. Definitely better quality than McDonald's. Comfortable beds in the room, but there was a lack of shower gel. Breakfast was scheduled for 6:00 AM but opened too late, so we had to rush. A kitchen staff member told us to wait until 6:30 AM, but that would have meant missing our flight. There was a problem in the kitchen. We were finally allowed in at 6:10 AM but had to sit in the dark for a while. Apparently, because they served croissants and rolls covered in foil—in other words, stale bread from the day before. No scrambled eggs were to be found, certainly not on time. This last point really disappointed us, considering the hotel's location at the airport, where you're expected to have everything ready on time for travelers catching their flights. We hope the hotel will promptly reimburse us, as there was no time to file a complaint.

Five minute walk from the airport, even with two suitcases Because you’re so near to the airport, you can use the airport facilities at restaurants and bar There was an issue with the air-conditioning, but the staff swiftly swapped my room with no concerns There is self service restaurant and breakfast bar which serves excellent food as much as you like Staff are really pleasant and helpful

The young man who checked us in was excellent and helpful. The room was clean and fine for a one night layover, but don't expect much.

Paid for an airport hotel that does not offer a shuttle service to the airport ! At over 700 reais a night it was very expensive for a room with no bathroom door, no clean bedding and an air conditioner that did not work. The buffet dinner was old and cold and again not good value fot money. Staff are fine but the rest is not.. Top tip do not stay here. Stay somewhere decent in the city centre and get up earlier. This hotel is not worth your time nor money..

Close to the airport that you can walk there, although not close to any where else in the city that is walking distance. Room was clean, quiet and cozy. Will definitely stay there again.
