“This time was so so.”
We didn't like having to call the front dest twice on the Friday & Saturday nights due to kids hockey team gathering by the elevator than running up & down the halls yelling & banging their sticks all after 9:30pm Friday & around 10pm Saturday each night for about 45 minutes. We are not sure we will come again next year. We will call ahead to see if any teams are booked and if we can not get out handicap suite. Other than that it was great stay , especially the poor staff that had to put up with these kids and their parents. We had a great viswith our neice & her 2 little girls. We went to the beach at Turkey Point, the Brantford Zoo & Farmers market. I also got to the Mary Maxime tent sale & Lens Mills

The bed/pillow on window-side bed, was dirty/disgusting with blood/sweat stains. The cleaning staff dropped the ball! Since I needed a room & despite my lack of trust, I took new room which, fortunately was hyatt-brand compliant. Latest question to self: did I get dirty room because I was a booking. “Blood on pillow”
Took my wife and newborn to Paris for a trip. The first pillow we saw as we entered our room had dried blood on it. The pillow case was clean but you could see the splatter of dried blood on the pillow itself. Brought the pillow down to the front desk myself to show the staff.
