I was told there was an indoor pool through booking.com& there was not. Very disappointing since we were traveling with children. There was no compensation.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were INCREDIBLE!!!! They deserve a five star rating!

“Best Hotel I've stayed in”
Room was delightful, staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Accommodations and room items (linen, towels etc.) were plentiful. We had a very minor issue in our room that was no fault of the hotel, and they allowed us to change our room at no extra cost even though they did not need to at all!

We had to switch rooms because of the thermostat being broken. We were traveling with family who were switched rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and broken thermostat. There is no inside pool. We came for our daughters birthday and booked because of the indoor pool and slide but that is not part of this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious! rooms where clean and the building smelled sweet, like strawberries. staff was very friendly and down to earth, had a few light conversations both at check in and at breakfast.

The staff were super nice. The mini golf area was swept off every day. My 7yr old loved the minigolf and the pool. A major plus. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.
