Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Staff is super friendly. Although I had to ask for the roll-away that was supposed to be in our room and the parking pass for the garage (both of which I had previously paid for) when we checked in.

The staff is phenomenal they went above and beyond were very kind very informative. We’re apologetic when our room wasn’t ready but we did come early. The view is phenomenal. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It fit our family. They even had extra cots if needed but we didn’t need one. The facility is very clean. Smells very nice when you walk in and it’s very luxurious. Lots of space.

They made us pay a refundable deposit of $250. Upon checking out I noticed it was not returned to me. After contacting the hotel they stated we had smoked in the room which was a lie. Poor management and outdated hotel

“Absolutely wonderful!”
Didn’t eat breakfast. But lunch was very good. We stayed an extra night however they did not give us the same rate we got through Booking.com.

“Hidden gem!”
The views were spectacular. The way everyone went out of their way to make you feel special was what we needed. The location and staff made us feel secure. The resort was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

“The restaurant in the hotel is very average, but it is still very convenient to drive around ten minutes to many places”
The location is very convenient. Although the direction of the suite is on the edge, the bedroom can only see the mountains and roads, and the living room can see the mountains and a part of the lake, the scenery is also comfortable.

Great facilities, pool, gym both excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was expensive and food was average. Views of the lake were outstanding. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
