Great location near sights and sounds theater. There is a food truck lot around the corner that is awesome. Close access to pickle ball courts! Phenomenal value.

I don't like anything. This hotel is not serious. I arrived at 8:00 PM with my family but they cancelled my booking without calling me and they gave my room to another customer. They told me that i can find another hote around. Very bad experience, they are not professional. Look like they have a problem with black People. Because in the same time, another custome had the same problem. Image what's? This customer was black...

“A good stay.”

Breakfast was very good. Everything in the motels control was good but our experience at the pool and hot tube was a nightmare with parents allowing kids to jump into the hot tub and the pool was a zoo between out of control young kids and then a group of teenages. Not motels fault really but lack of parenting.

No fruit and didn’t clean hallway at all during my stay

Room was fine, they are completely renovating the hotel, so they had mattresses outside of rooms so could put in new carpets. Lobby had new paint. Complete update to whole hotel. Breakfast bar is always excellent with waffles, eggs, sos, sausage, orange juice, milk.

We enjoyed breakfast every morning while there. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in & easy check out.

Since we had our own vehicle we could easily get to the entertainment strip and/ activities we wanted to. Someone without a vehicle would certainly find it difficult to get around and about. It would certainly be beneficial for Branson towers to have either a shuttle or vehicles to loan on a daily or hourly basis for the convenience of their guest. I am not sure how others without a vehicle manage to get around . I especially appreciated the help given in getting show tickets and the convenience of having our tickets delivered to the hotel. Breakfast till 10 was also nice for those of us who are not the earliest risers. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. We would definitely go back.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and very comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was amazing.

The location was perfect for this trip. Beautifully decorated for the holiday. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Good value!

Breakfast was good but a little more variety or change up the hot bar would have been nice. Also, adding some fruit would be nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Near everything.

Everything went yell from check in to breakfast to staff cleaning our room while we was out for the day if we needed anything they got right on it this is our second time to stay there and will definitely be back next year
