The staff were helpful in a variety of ways throughout our short, but enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy choices. The cleanliness caught our attention from the moment we walked through the front door. Thank you for an enjoyable.

“It was very pleasant, quiet and clean. The staff were very accommodating, attentive and helpful.”
The location was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever needed anything they were prompt to help. I definitely give this location a 10/10 for customer service and support. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be booking again.

The Hotel itself is really beautiful, staff is friendly, the rooms were really nice and the bed and couch was really comfortable. Heat and a/c controls in the unit made the stay more comfortable. The layout of the room was really nice as well.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Hyatt Place Toronto-Brampton. The staff were exceptional—professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well supported, which truly enhanced my overall experience. Their positive attitude and attentiveness made my stay both smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
