“Our overall stay was great”
We were upgraded to a two bedroom house for the same price 🥰 we arrived late in the area and decided to start at the event, arrangements were made for us to skip the check in and the care taker was willing to wait for us to arrive at the property after midnight with no issues and no hustle. We also received welcome snacks which was a great gesture.

The staff was very friendly they waited for me even though I arrived midnight but they were able to give us direction until I was in the logde. The breakfast was provided for me and the staff communicated very well with the guests. The room was clean and it meet the my requirements.

“Comfortable, safe and very welcoming.”
I really liked the staff they were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe. For instance, on the day of the check-in they communicated with me early to ensure I have the correct address and do not get lost. Bonus: They gave us complimentary snacks on top of tea, coffee and cereal they are providing. Definitely coming back when I'm in Brakpan.
