Wonderful stay at Villa Tiffany — stylish, warm and truly welcoming! I arrived quite late in the evening, and the friendly and caring host greeted me with such warmth — she even gave me a larger room since I was the only guest that night. She kindly helped me arrange a taxi to and from a concert, which was a real blessing as I don’t speak French and the place, I was going to was not easy to reach. Later that evening, she brought me an extra blanket because it was a bit chilly — such thoughtful hospitality! The whole villa is beautifully designed, full of charming details that show the owner’s refined taste and care. As a nutritionist and food lover, I was absolutely delighted by the breakfast. Everything was organic and of top quality — fresh orange juice, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, great butter, delicious croissants, and plenty of healthy options like cereals and fresh fruit. You can also enjoy a lovely chat with the host over breakfast. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and peaceful. There are even two adorable dogs — one of them likes to join breakfast in the sweetest way. I truly recommend Villa Tiffany to anyone visiting Waterloo. I come here often because my son studies at the music school nearby, and I will definitely return.

Chantal, our host, was incredibly welcoming and kind—she made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. The garden was lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. And the homemade breakfast Chantal prepared was absolutely delicious and really made our day. The calm and comfort of this place will definitely bring us back again. Highly recommended!

What really set this bed and breakfast apart, however, was the outstanding service. Chantal and her daughter went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was offering local tips for things to do or just engaging in friendly conversation, they made us feel like a valued guest, not just a customer!

Hot and cold breakfast items were offered in a very beautiful way. Even there were homemade cakes.

The accommodation is a piece of arts, beautifully designed and situated in a quite location with a great garden and wonderful greenery. It's only a short drive to the train station and under 15mins train journey to Brussel. The staff/owner was very friendly and approachable and breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful immaculate property, hosted by an absolutely charming lady who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She also prepared a lovely supper for us, likewise breakfast in the morning.

The garden and swimming pool are lovely. The bedroom is a good size and comfortable. We had a light meal in the evening and breakfast the following day, both of which were very pleasant. Nice alternative to staying in a hotel and although we were just passing through I am sure it is convenient for Brussels and the historical sites.

And delicious! With homemade cake and bio products. The house and garden are beautiful. Perfect for longer stays as well. We were very sad we couldn't stay for longer. Hopefully, we can go back some day!
