Location, location, location!!! In the core downtown Braila, at the edge of the old Traian Square, on a quiet street that was once the main promenade of the city, vis-à-vis Braila's old theatre house, Maria Filotti. Within walking distance there are many good restaurants, parks (such as the old public garden with its floral clock and the city's first water reservoir build in the XIX century), the Danube promenade, and other attractions. Overall, we liked the apartment very much, and we felt homey in it. The very large bedroom and living room were minimalistically furnished, but with all the necessary furniture. One very large bed and night tables, wardrobe and dresser, and even a rocking chair completed the spacious bedroom. The TV set was also in the bedroom, and bed sheets, extra pillows and towels were available if needed. Another large bed, a couch, a desk with chair and another small table were set in the living room, from where you could go outside on a very small balcony facing the quiet street. The AC was mounted in the living room, and was doing a great job cooling the whole apartment. The kitchen was big, and equipped with everything a family needs to leave comfortable in this apartment for long stays. A big fridge with freezer, cook range on gas, and lots of kitchenware and tableware for your daily cooking needs. (The cupboards contained some main supplies, such as salt, pepper, sugar, some spices, teas, left probably from previous visitors, but one has to be very careful to check them if they're not expired. I found a half-full bottle of olive oil that went rancid, and another one that was expired.) There is no dishwasher though - which is not a criticism, but just wanted to let others know what to expect. The bathroom was large as well, with toilet and bidet, round shower cabin, and even a laundry machine. The water had very nice pressure, and nothing was plugged.

The location is in the centre of the city, amazing view, very clean, new furniture, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The kitchen is very big with all the facilities

Location is perfect (facing the pedestrian area in Braila), and the apartment is really well furnished, with a "welcome home" vibe! It is very spacious, with a great view! The host was really nice to us, and everything in our trip went great!
