“Best birthday getaway”

The view from hottub is awesome . Especially we enjoyed the dinner , the food is really good . Also i had a cake as a birthday surprise , which was awesome , loved it . Thanks a lot !

I’ve never experienced anything like it before, the woman at the desk and her mother (the people responding to these reviews) refused to accept us as guests as we had not given prior notice that my wife was gluten allergic and proceeded to be angry at us. It took several days to get them to refund the money we have spent a hotel in the region told us they are known for behaving badly. My advice would be to go elsewhere- life is too short.

“A beautiful hotel in the Dolomites”

Our room (306) was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom pretty, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view. Everything was very clearly designed with care and a luxurious touch. The spa (with a Finnish and Turkish sauna) is not very large, but it wasn’t crowded when we were there, so it was very pleasant, especially the rest area on the top floor, with a stunning view of the Dolomites’ peaks! The food is very tasty, with lots of choices. No kids allowed is a big plus. :) The hotel itself is about a 20-minute drive from Kronplatz and less than 10 minutes from Lake Braies, and it has heated storage for skis and ski boots. Great value for money.

Wonderful hospitality! Staff were very friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The breakfast and dinner were always a highlight, and we looked forward to them every day. We also had the chance to enjoy the relaxing sauna and jacuzzi, which made the experience even more memorable.

The location, the staff profession, the sauna, the dinner is full evening session..We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were especially pleased with the hotel’s excellent location as well as the helpful, courteous, and highly professional team. The design and superior quality of the rooms were particularly impressive—the spaciousness (around 30 square meters) was just right, and we especially appreciated the king-size bedding, which, together with the excellent mattresses, ensured a comfortable night’s sleep even during the cool autumn nights. Dining was a highlight of our stay. The attention to detail and the precision in service were noticeable and greatly appreciated. The four-course, pre-selected menu offered a generous salad bar and three local, chef-inspired dishes, making every dinner a true “evening session.” A small note for improvement: the panoramic window in the bathroom faced the neighboring terrace, and despite partial frosted glass, it felt a bit lacking in privacy. Additionally, I would suggest equipping the sauna relaxation area with eight (always an even number) lounge chairs for guests’ convenience

Very well located, 7-8 mins drive to Lago di Braies, in a quiet and breathtaking valley. Spacious and comfortable room, amazing dinner and high variety breakfast.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was very modern and clean with a fridge. The standout of our stay was the food. The staff were so attentive, providing a very personal service. The quality of food was like a 5* restaurant, we ate there every night of our stay! (Typically we like to eat out!) The spa was a lovely treat to come back to after a long day hiking.

Our stay at Turmchalet was great! The views from the chalet are amazing and worth the trip alone - green meadows!! On top of that, the service was on point; the staff was friendly. It is a great base if anyone is looking to do some hiking and trails. Lago di Braies at 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A family-owned and run hotel, where you can feel that they love what they do. Every detail was designed with good care, their system for breakfast and dinner was super efficient. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and I must emphasize the variety and quality of both breakfast and dinner. Easily the best food that we tried during our stay, it was way better than the restaurants we had lunch in. Our room was spacious and comfortable, clean, I can't mention anything that did not meet our expectations within the room.

The hotel is excellent. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast and dinner are rich and and tasty. Hotel staff is courteous and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Good location for trips in the area. Reasonable price, highly recommend
