“Great Location For Lake”

Perfect Location for Lago Di Braies only approx 30 minute walk to the boathouse so we were able to see park at the hotel before check in. Lovely views from the sauna and pool. Delicious meals included in half board price; clearly labelling gluten free.

Beautifully modern Alpine decorated large room, with views. Facilities amazing from indoor pool and saunas. We included half board which covered a good breakfast, afternoon tea with cakes and 5 course dinner, which was well worthwhile. Very close to Lake Braies to get there before crowds. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful location, amazing spa (no additional charge) with saunas and pool. Breakfast was plentiful - continental style breakfast with some hot options available. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. Accessible by bus - we travelled here via 2 buses from Cortina d’Ampezzo. We stayed here before starting the Alta Via 1 - the hotel is a couple of km away from Lago di Braies, where the Alta Via 1 begins. You could borrow hiking holes from the hotel, which is nice for anyone wanting to do day hikes.

Staff were very friendly and the reception staff had good knowledge of the area for hikes and walks. The food was exceptional. Very relaxed in the bar area in the evening, with lots of different areas to enjoy.

Lovely hotel, lovely restaurant and lovely staff. Would definitely come back here again.

The location suited us perfectly as it was just outside the bus stop to get to the lake and from the bus from cortina. The spa is lovely. We decided to go half board and enjoyed the cakes that were on offer. The evening meal was exceptional too.

Nicely and newly renovated room. Super clean and comfortable. They gave us a bus pass to Lake Braise. So we parked the car at the hotel and took a bus to the lake. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Good dinner as well.

Electronic blinds! 2x views! Large balcony. Delicious breakfast! Beautiful room. 5min drive to Lago di Braies. Lovely area to enjoy the countryside.

Hotel Trenker is a quaint family owned and run hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location provided convenient access to Alta Via 1 Trailhead and a short walk to the stunning Lago di Braies. We enjoyed the local Tyrolean dinner; breakfast included many local items like homemade breads & jam. The setting was peaceful and bucolic. Wish we stayed longer!

Lovely location with the lake within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room with the added bonus of a balcony. We very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Would definitely recommend.

Great starting point for Alta Via 1. The hotel is a little bit old school by its design & equipment, however still nice. Great wellness area. Food was excellent.

“Perfect holiday resort by the Lake Braies”

This hotel offers a personalized services. I received a folder with my name containing all hotel and local information. There was a brand new backpack and a couple of hiking/walking poles for clients to use. With the half pension a table is reserved with a hear shaped room number holder. Food was excellent with a varied choices in the menu. The chef was willing to accommodate my diet needs. My friend and I loved this hotel and the services.
