A fantastic location in the Dolomites. Very close to Lago de Braies, with a Bus stop right out the front. We had a very large suite that was very comfortable and clean and had amazing views. The food is amazing and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful during.

The stuff were really welcome and made us feel really comfortable.Located close to the lake braise and other places.

Special hotel located in the Braies natural park. Excellent services, impeccable room (positioning, size, view) and the spa area includes an indoor jacuzzi and a nude sauna area (dry and wet), which worked very well. Varied breakfast and dinner, well-chosen wine, quality coffee. The staff tried to make us feel as good as possible during our stay.

Dreamy hotel, fit perfectly our occasion. We stayed in the superior room which was very big and had stunning views. The wellness area was very clean and calm.

It started with a very warm and welcoming at the reception- we were told all necessary details at the beginning, so nothing was left unknown. In general the hotel is clean, tidy, constantly maintained. The rooms were super clean, very well dressed up, interior looks like brand new. Beds were super comfy, lightning just right on the spot. Bathroom fresh- you could feel the staff did their job very well! The Sauna area is modern and reflects the themes of the surrounding outside. Everything there clean and prepared welcoming. The staff at the restaurant works professional, friendly and warmhearted. The food from the kitchen is extraordinary tasty - you can feel they don't use flavour enhancers or sauce binders. Freshly cooked with a delightful taste - just enjoyable to eat.

The location was great. Only 10 minutes drive to the lake Braies. We had a very modern room with a gorgeous view on the mountain and the facilities in the room were very comfortable.

This was a top-notch hotel. Excellent service, the diner was included in the price, and it was outstanding. We used the SPA, which was clean and nice. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. We wished we could stay longer. It is close to Lake Braies and Strudelhopf, which provides the Dolomites' most beautiful view of several mountains.

Room 306 provided a great view of the outside green and the mountains in the background. The rooms are new and upgraded from the photos shown online. Bedding was comfortable and rooms were very clean. The location to visit Lago De Braies and the surrounding area is great.

Really new bedrooms with nice decoration. The wellness was perfect after a day of trekking. They supply everything you need for it. Really close to the lake with view to the mountains.

“Lovely hotel with an incredible view”

Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view and small patio. We spent the afternoon sitting outside having a glass of wine and enjoying the view. Took a hot tub in the spa area which is lovely and bright. Dinner was hearty and delicious and the waitstaff very friendly. Breakfast options were plenty and the presentation was very nice. Coffees made to order. The staff was helpful. Arrived by taxi and hopped on the bus in the morning to begin out hike of Alta Via 1. Easy transportation options from this spot.

Easy access to the lake Braies and spacious rooms in modern style, a wellbeing centre with spa and sauna facilities was a great experience. Dinner included was a fine dining experience too.

We LOVED everything about this place! What really stood out was the room which was clearly recently renovated, the shower is my dream shower, and the floors were heated. The staff are super organized and you can tell the hotel is run well. The women who served us breakfast and dinner- I wish I knew their names but they were angels. It was my birthday and they brought out a cake with a huge sparkling candle!!
