“Good place, bit dirty.”
At this property, location was good, uber cheap enough to get wherever and shops close enough to get food ect and if not bolt food was always an option, quiet area, nice balcony, nice enough apartment.

“Avoid at any cost.”
I've met the landlord, he gave me the keys and showed me where the flat is. I went to a shower - the water was leaking from underneath the shower on the floor tiles - I slipped when I went out from the shower (The towel provided in the bathroom was dirty and stinky ) After that I tried to go on the balcony for some fresh air - the balcony door was not working. After that I went to bed but I started to sneeze a lot - I realised there was a huge quantity of dust under the bed, under the wardrobe, under the table, on the walls, etc etc I am allergic to dust. I left the keys in the safe box and told the landlord I left because I can not live in that flat, nobody could. He said he is sorry and he will refund me. Since then I got in touch with about 20-30 times and every time he said he will refund me the next day but he never did.

I had a truly luxurious stay at this apartment, just as advertised. The biggest TV I've ever had in a vacation rental was a real treat, and the overall level of comfort was excellent. The host was very hospitable and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Having access to a private parking space was very convenient, and the laptop working station was a nice touch.

The apartment was so exceptionally clean we walked around barefoot and we felt bad for not vacuuming after ourselves before leaving :D All the sheets and pillows smelled freshly steam-cleaned as well. It was also well stocked with all sorts of useful things like extra towels, bedding, aluminium foils and freeze-bags for packing sandwiches, lots of paper towels, ice cubes in the fridge as well as post-it notes. The bed mattress was just a tad firmer than the Mrs might have preferred, I prefer firmer beds so I found it excellent. The Mrs also had to put one of the living room pillows under her pillow as they were quite low. All the home appliances were top-notch. I'm always weary of hairdryers in apartments and expect to manage with low-end noise-boxes that barely dry hair, but the dryer provided was actually sublime. The Samsung fridge is great and so is the huge TV in the living room. We're not sure if this was by accident, but the TV was logged into Netflix, Amazon and YouTube, we only ended up watching a couple of clips on YouTube as we were mostly outside. There are grocery stores and a few restaurants within walking distance, but this is a rent-a-car type of apartment in a rent-a-car type of city so I recommend you rent a car.
